Water aerobic classes meet year round with the opportunity to join at any time.

  • The fat-burning, metabolism-raising, exercise program that tones & strengthens the entire body.

Fall, Winter & Spring Schedule:

Early Riser Class *Limited time exercise, 45 minutes intensity/interval

Tuesday & Thursday                                 5:40 a.m.

    *plus bonus exercise for those who can stay longer

    *please arrive at least 5 minutes early to sign in & warm-up

 

Evening Classes *Limited time exercise, 45 minutes intensity/interval

Monday & Thursday                                 5:30 p.m.

 

One Hour Class

Monday, Wednesday & Friday                 9:30 a.m.

Monday & Thursday                                  5:30 p.m.

Saturday                                                      8:00 a.m.
