Learn to Skate Program at the All Seasons Center The United States Figure Skating (USFS) Basic Skills or Learn to Skate Program is offered at the All Seasons Center during the Vernon Arena's ice season which runs October - February this year. Classes are taught in a group setting with a ratio of about 10 participants to 1 instructor ratio. Each participant advances levels as he/she passes skills for each level much like swim lessons. Learn to Skate Schedule & Info Packet Please be aware that pre-registration is REQUIRED whether you are a returning or a new class participant.
